Shrimp Creole

This is a family favorite….if I’m being honest, most of my life we ate it EVERY Christmas so as you can imagine, we didn’t appreciate it! Now that my grandmother has passed I fondly remember dishes like this that held memories of her and the holiday season.

You can serve this over rice or cauliflower rice, greens or even pasta or with crusty bread! If you really want to stir up the memories, you’ll serve it with a spinach salad as Mom mom did - hard boiled eggs, bacon and all!
