Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy focuses on the body as a whole using quantitative and qualitative tools to assess the root cause of health issues or symptoms. We work to correct imbalances or deficiencies with nutrient-dense, whole food paired with balanced lifestyle and supplementation, as needed.

We work together to customize a personal plan that fits your lifestyle and sets you on the right path to feel your best and achieve your goals.

This 3 month programs includes:

Comprehensive health questionnaires that assess the foundations of health, identifying areas of imbalance, deficiency, and toxicity.

  • 1 – 60-90 minute Initial Consultation (phone or video chat) to talk about concerns, establish your goals, and map out the first steps for your success. We will review your questionnaires, resulting analysis and food journal.

  • 1-    30-45 minute follow up call to review progress and make necessary adjustments. 

  •  3-4- 30 minute calls to review progress and make any necessary adjustments.

  •  Customized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement (if needed) recommendations including personalized restaurant guide, shopping lists and recipes.

  • Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, as needed.

  • Access to me via email and text for questions and accountability.

Nutritional Refresh

This monthly program includes:
1 – 60 minute Initial Consultation the first month of the program to review health history, current habits, and goals.

3 – 30 minute follow up calls to review progress and adjust the plan as needed.
