Be > Do > Have
Many people set resolutions to HAVE:
ð better health
ðža new job
ð° more money in their bank account
ð more energy
And they know that to have those things they have to DO:
ð eat less processed food
ð apply for a new job
ðĩ spend less money
ð go to bed earlier
However they neglect the KEY factor- you have to BE!
Once you lose sight of your identity AS that person, you fail to DO the things and no longer HAVE what you desire. This is the key to continued or maintaining your success.
Continue to identify as the person you want to be, practice the behaviors that align with that identity and you will have the desired outcome.
