What’s the difference between movement and exercise??

Are they the same thing?

Thankfully no.

It’s a misconception that you need to start a specific exercise program to experience the health benefits of movement like:

  • improved mood

  • reduced stress, anxiety and depression

  • increased energy

  • improved sleep quality

  • improved blood sugar regulation

and much more!

Start simple by walking more throughout your day, parking farther from stores, walking the dog, taking a stroll after dinner. Aim for 8-10k steps each day.

Challenge your friends and family to join you and schedule a walk- date to keep each other accountable.
