Anyone remember those commercials for the Chia Pet? These 2 versions of Chia Seed Pudding will have you singing about this amazing super seed!

Chia seeds are a great source of fiber, protein and Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids. They aid in digestion and help stabilize blood sugar.

Chia pudding is a great option for breakfast or even as dessert.

Stir these recipes together and let set at least 4 hours in the refrigerator to keep the fun texture of the seeds. If you mix the in a blender the pudding it’s ready to eat right away and has a smooth texture.

*Note: Raw chia seeds are best stored in the freezer to stay fresh.
