Instant Pot Meatballs
These are perfect for busy nights or weekends as they come together in minutes and can sit in the instant pot for hours, just getting more flavorful!
You can serve these traditionally over noodles or veggie-noodles or in a meatball sandwich or as an appetizer for a party or game night! My favorite is over a bed of greens and using the flavorful sauce to wilt the greens.
Save even more time by prepping the meatballs in advance and refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat. You would carefully lower them into the hot sauce and add 1-2 minutes to the cooking time. Cooked meatballs can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
